Jason C. King
Attorney at Law
"With hard work and dedication you can match any adversary"
Jason C. King is a Florida native, born in Lakeland to a citrus salesman and a nurse. Raised with a deep respect for hard work and community values, Jason spent his summers working in the citrus groves, where he gained a firsthand appreciation for the environment, agriculture, and the value of a day’s labor.

Jason is a graduate of Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix and later obtained a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. In addition to his legal education, Jason holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Concordia University.

Before becoming an attorney, Jason worked as a litigation paralegal for nearly 15 years. During that time, he gained extensive experience in personal injury, family law, and real estate matters—experience that continues to inform and strengthen his legal practice today.

Jason is also a published author, having written several books on legal topics including Florida Legal Ethics, The Duty to Retreat, and Personal Injury.

He is a devoted husband and proud father of five.
